• What is a Puffco?

• How do I clean a Puffco?

  1. Clean the atomizer chamber regularly with isopropyl alcohol (91% or higher) on a cotton swab. 
  2. Wipe out residue while the chamber is slightly warm but not hot. 
  3. Soak the glass top in isopropyl alcohol for 10 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with hot water. 
  4. For deep cleaning, remove the chamber and soak components separately. 
  5. Avoid getting alcohol on the device base or near electronic components
• How long does Puffco take to ship?

  Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our US warehouse and arrive within 2-4 business days. All Puffco devices ship free on orders over $69, in plain unmarked packaging with no brand identification. No waiting 2-3 weeks like you would when ordering directly from Puffco.com!

• How do I use a Puffco Peak?

  1. Load a small amount of concentrate into the 3D Chamber and replace the glass top
  2. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it on/off. 
  3. Double click the button to start a session. The Peak will heat up and vibrate when it's ready.
  4. Inhale slowly through the mouthpiece until the session ends. 
  5. Power off and swab the chamber with a cotton swab while it's still warm to keep it clean.
• How do I use a Puffco Pivot?

  1. Load a small amount of concentrate into the 3D Chamber and hold down the button for 3 seconds to power on. 
  2. Double click to start a session. The Pivot will vibrate when it reaches the right temperature. 
  3. Inhale through the mouthpiece until the session ends. 
  4. Swab the chamber after each use while it's still warm to prevent buildup. 

  The Pivot's compact form means it's ready to use anywhere. No water, no setup, just load and go.

• How long does a Puffco atomizer or 3D chamber last?

  With regular cleaning and proper temperature settings, a Puffco atomizer typically lasts two to three months for daily users. The 3D and 3DXL chambers are designed to last longer than standard atomizers thanks to improved heat distribution and ceramic construction.

  Replacing atomizers as soon as performance drops keeps vapor quality consistent and prevents wasting concentrate.

• Is a Puffco a vape or a smoke device?

  A Puffco is a vaporizer, not a smoking device. It heats concentrates to a precise temperature that vaporizes the active compounds without combustion.
