Carta Compatibility Notice

Our Carta glass attachments are manufactured using precision molds, ensuring that every glass socket is produced to the same specifications with virtually no variation between units.
Over the years, we have measured and tested a large number of Focus V Carta devices across multiple generations, including the original Carta, Carta 2, and Carta Sport. During this process, we found that the diameter of the glass socket on the device itself can vary slightly between different models and even between different production batches of the same model.
As a result, while our glass attachments are designed to fit virtually all Carta devices, the fit may vary slightly from unit to unit. For the vast majority of devices, the fit will be snug with little to no movement. On a small number of Carta units with larger-than-average socket tolerances, the glass may exhibit a slightly looser fit or minor wobble.
In normal use, this does not affect the functionality of the attachment. However, as with any removable glass accessory, we recommend always handling and lifting your device by the base rather than by the glass attachment.

Our Compatibility Guarantee

If you receive one of our Carta glass attachments and feel that the fit on your particular device is looser than you are comfortable with, you may return it for either a full refund or store credit.
To qualify for a return, the attachment must be unused and in like-new condition. We recommend carefully checking the fit on your device before using the product, as we cannot accept returns on used glass attachments.
