About Vessel

Vessel Technology & Design

Tuned Airflow. Vessel's signature feature across all 510 batteries. Rather than generic air holes that work adequately for any purpose, Vessel engineers air intake placement, hole size, and internal airpath geometry specifically for oil cartridge viscosity. The result is a draw that feels natural and unrestricted without being loose — you get full flavor extraction without having to pull harder than necessary. This is the single biggest reason Vessel batteries "hit different" from standard 510 batteries at the same voltage settings.

Smart Power Management. All Vessel 510 batteries use optimized voltage bands tuned for oil cartridges. The four standard settings (2.4V, 2.8V, 3.2V, 3.6V) are deliberately chosen for the resistance range of typical oil carts. The lowest setting (2.4V) prioritizes terpene-rich flavor with minimal cloud. The highest (3.6V) delivers fuller vapor production. Vessel's voltage ceiling stops at 3.6V — intentionally lower than many competitors that go to 4.0V+ — because higher voltages can burn oil and degrade flavor quality. Drop-In Cartridge Protection. All Vessel batteries use a recessed cartridge chamber where your cart drops in and is surrounded by the battery body. Magnetic Charging. Pen-style Vessel batteries (Expedition, Craftsman, Vista Edge) use a magnetic charging port — snap the cable to the bottom and it locks in place magnetically.
