Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders can be cancelled until they’re processed for shipment; see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days. All shipping times are counted in business days. Standard shipping is not expedited.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping.
• Standard Shipping: Orders under $69 ship for $5.99 to $7.99, depending on the order. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Availability
We currently ship only within the United States.

Discreet Shipping and Billing

• Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no logos or branding to indicate what’s inside. This is automatic; there’s nothing to select at checkout.
• Billing is neutral: your card statement shows “Discreet S.” with no product details.

Orders With Multiple Items
Our products ship from different locations, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll get tracking for each package as it ships.
