If something arrives defective or damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video. We will help troubleshoot first and then guide you through the fastest replacement option.

For returns, items should be unused and in original packaging when possible. Some items may have hygiene or manufacturer restrictions.

Many branded devices include a manufacturer warranty, and some require warranty registration. If your device is eligible, we will point you to the correct warranty page and what info to include.

Keep your order confirmation email, it is often used as proof of purchase.

If you contact us before the order ships, we can usually update the address or cancel. Once a package is handed to the carrier, changes are limited and may require a return or intercept.
