The Hawk-Matic automatic cigarette injector machine HK-3 is the most convenient and easy way to inject cigarettes. Just press the button and it will inject the tobacco from the tobacco container into the preset empty tube. The HK-3 operates in prefabricated mode. After each injection, the internal components will squeeze the tobacco based on the current selected tobacco density, automatically preparing for the next injection and waiting for the injection command. This operating mode has resulted in an unprecedented injection efficiency of HK-3. Users no longer need to repeatedly fill and squeeze tobacco, and with the precise control of internal sensors, each injected cigarette is unified and perfect.

K3 smart chip

Equipped with a new generation of K3 smart chip, the response speed is faster and the machine runs more smoothly. Updated the newly designed anti-jamming and handling mechanism. The effect of avoiding and responding to machine jams is significantly improved.

2.6 inch LCD display screen

Both the injection information and the selected mode are clearly displayed on the screen. Equipped with button circular indicator lights, users can fully understand the current operating status of the machine.

Built in three tobacco density algorithms, users can now freely choose the density to inject cigarettes that are more in line with their preferences.
We have set up two counting methods to work simultaneously to help users plan and control the quantity of cigarettes injected. Temporary counting helps users record current or short-term injection quantities, while historical cumulative counting helps users record long-term injection quantities.

Jam Protection Mechanism

When tobacco clumps or any foreign matter appear inside the machine causing jam, the machine will immediately stop working to prevent jam from causing damage to the machine.

If the system determines that it is a slight jam, the START button will display a flashing red light and activate the jam breakthrough function. You can click the START button several times to operate the spoon to discharge the blockage.
If the system determines that it is a severe jam The START button will display a red light. The machine will immediately enter a protected state, and all functions will stop working to avoid misoperation leading to more serious jam or damage to the machine. After using tools to clean the machine, exit the machine from the protected state. The machine will resume normal operation.

S Fast Mode

In normal mode, HK-3 is friendly to most brands and humidity of tobacco.

If you are using tobacco with relatively dry characteristics, you can enable the S Fast Mode to to increase the running speed of the spoon. Press and hold "Reset" button to activate It, which will further improve your injection efficiency.

CLEAR reminder

When the amount of tobacco in the container is only enough to inject one or less cigarettes, the system will display CLEAR to remind you that the tobacco is about to be used up.

You can make appropriate supplements as needed, or complete the injection of the last cigarette.
