The New Proxy is the redesigned successor with upgraded internals and a 3D Chamber for improved vaporization. Some accessories cross-fit (like the New Proxy Bubbler and Wizard Attachment work with both), but device-specific items like 3D Chambers don't cross over — the original Proxy uses its own chamber design, while the New Proxy uses the new 3D Chamber.

For connecting to existing glass rigs, third-party 14mm male attachments (like the Empire Glassworks 14mm Male Proxy attachments) connect to standard 14mm female joints, letting you pair the Proxy with most water pipes. The Proxy Bubbler Attachment (7-inch official Puffco glass) is the most popular water-filtration upgrade for the Proxy.

• How do I clean my Puffco Proxy?

  For glass attachments (bubblers, recyclers, Sherlocks): soak in 91% isopropyl alcohol for 30-60 minutes, rinse with warm water, and dry completely. For the Proxy 3D Chamber: don't soak — run a burn-off cycle to vaporize remaining reclaim, then wipe with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. The Terrapipe ceramic dry pipe can be cleaned with alcohol and a soft brush. The Silicone Travel Pipe can be cleaned with warm soapy water (silicone degrades with prolonged alcohol exposure). Never submerge the Proxy battery base in liquid.
